Sarcona was established in New York City in 1946 as a local trucking company. As the needs of our clientele grew, so did our services, resulting in the acquisition of a Custom House License in 1947. Ten years later the New York operation was expanded to include a terminal at JFK International Airport to facilitate the processing of import and export air traffic. In 1976 Sarcona again expanded its operation through the opening of air and ocean container stations in New York and New Jersey.
